FOOTBED
ToeTogs are constructed with an orthotic foam rubber 'cushy' insole that will mold to your feet as you wear them, thus gaining room for the foot.
I use a standard arch support that can be eliminated if you use an orthopedic insole.

At first...Work the leather upper to give your foot room
Tap toes to move foot forward
Tap heel to nestle heel
As you wear your Toe Togs...
BE MINDFUL: See that your arch is centered over the arch cookie.
TAKE TIME now and then, stand, feet apart, feeling your bones sink into the foam rubber "cushey," rock heel to toe, wiggle your toes, shift weight side to side. (Put on a tune that gets you moving.)
In a short time, the footbed will mold to your feet and your walk.
